VYPE: What are your goals for yourself and your team this season?
Keefer: My team has lots of goals, but I think everyone would tell you our goal is a home playoff game just because it hasn’t happened in forever. My personal goal is to be the best leader I can be so that when I leave, I know it’s in good hands.
VYPE: What is the most fun you have had in the last year?
Keefer: I’ve had a lot of fun in the last year traveling but being around family and friends is always the most fun I have.
VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher from any grade or coach and why?
Keefer: My favorite coach has to be Kip Shubert. He wasn’t just interested in soccer he wanted to build those connections with everyone and even though he moved the team still has a super strong bond with him.
VYPE: What is your favorite athletic memory?
Keefer: Last year we had a big “rivalry” against Muskogee and the last game kind of ended in a fight, they had beat us twice before we played in the playoffs, and we beat them and ended their season.
VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you and why?
Keefer: Spencer Braswell left the biggest mark on me and on almost everyone else, he is an alumni who I played with for two years he comes back for games and practices. He is always thinking about how to help others and he keeps the family aspect of our team really strong.
VYPE: Who on your team has the best impression of your coach and who says the funniest things during games?
Keefer: Weston Moore has an ok impression; Angel Perez has to be one of the funniest most goofy people on the team along with Weston Moore and Ian McCarty.
VYPE: You can pick any place for a summer vacation, where do you go and who do you take with you?
Keefer: I’d go to Table Rock Lake; I’d take my family and some close friends.
VYPE: If we gave you $500 dollars and you had to spend it in the next 24 hours, how would you spend it?
Keefer: I would probably fill up all the cars and trucks we have with gas and fuel then give the rest to my parents.

Keefer: I really owe all of my soccer career to my parents, when I’ve wanted to quit, they have told me to stick it out and I thank them a lot for that. I’d like to thank my teammates and coaches.
